Rick's Picks Pickled Ramps

Going back to the earliest days of Rick’s Picks at the farmer’s markets, we’ve always marveled at the impact ramps have when they become available in late Spring each year.    Our Pickled Ramps are foraged by our old pal Rick Bishop and his crew in the Hudson Valley, and we pickled them in a brine of pink peppercorns and hibiscus.   

These Pickled Ramps will only be available for a short while until they sell out… then we’ll all have to wait until next Spring!   

Serving suggestions:

Enjoy our Pickled Ramps in a martini, or as a piquant topping for a simple salad.   And when the ramps are finished, use the brine as a cocktail infusion.
