Cheezio Vegan Ranch

This Cheezio vegan ranch is a quick and easy recipe that can be used as a dip for wings, vegetables or as a salad dressing. Made with vegan mayo, unsweetened milk, white vinegar, chopped dill, chives, and cheezio seasoning, this delicious dip can be whipped up in just five minutes using a blender or food processor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to five days.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup veganaise
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1.5 tsp cheezio
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add everything to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve as dipping for wings, crudites, or salad dressing. Leftovers can be stored for up to 5 days.

Cheezio Smashed Broccoli
  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • Olive oil spray
  • cheezio packet
  • Optional: garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. In a large pot of boiling water, add the broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes, just until it has turned bright green. Drain the broccoli and rinse with cold water to stop it from cooking. Allow the cooked broccoli to drain for a few minutes to get as much water off of the florets as you can.
  3. Transfer the broccoli florets to a large sheet pan that has been lightly coated with olive oil spray. Using a mason jar or the bottom of a small glass cup, smash each broccoli floret until it has flattened a bit. Be careful not to smash them too hard or they will fall apart.
  4. Spray each smashed floret with olive oil spray and then sprinkle Cheezio Pepe all over them. Give the florets another quick spray of olive oil.
  5. Bake until the florets have become crispy, around 7 to 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
