Shipping information

How are packages shipped?

Shipping is either by UPS, FEDEX or US Post Office. A tracking number will be generated and sent to you via shopify

How do you know where to ship it to?

Shopify generates a shipping label that has the shipping information provided by the customer. The customer should ensure that the information is correct before submitting their order so the order arrives safely.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. 

What if an item arrives damaged?

We request that a photo is taken and all packaging is kept so we can submit to the shipping company for a refund.  If no photos are submitted then we can not reimburse you.

 

What if you sent me the wrong item?

Please take a photo of what we sent you so we can confirm that is the case.  We will update you on what will happen next

 

What if I don't like the item I purchased?

We cannot take back food that has been opened for health reasons
